1. When will I receive answer if I am approved or denied?

- Usually it takes about 2 business days

2. If I am approved, when will I receive my splitter?

- First you have to remit your Down payment , then we will ship you the product which usually takes 10-15 days from the date your down payment has cleared.

3. When is the monthly payment due?

-By the fifth of each month

4. Is there any penalty if my payment is late?

- Yes, the $15.00 late fee is added to your account if the payment is five days overdue, and additional $5.00 for each additional day.

5. Can I pay it off sooner?

-Yes. You have to indicate your intention and we will send you the payoff amount.

6. Do I have to pay the monthly due if the product needs service?

- Yes. Monthly dues are payable even if the product is in service.

7. What happens if I change my mind and no longer want the product?

- All sales are final, so you may want to sell it on your own.

8. What happens if I decide not to pay the installments?

- Your account goes to collection and you will liable for all Attorney's and collection fees.
