Parts and models are subject to change without notice. This Limited warranty extends only to the original consumer and is not transferable. Warranty registration is not required. Warranty is effective only if:  the product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose, and receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments. All defect must be forwarded to company in writing within seven days of delivery. What is not covered under this Warranty: The product is designed for recreational use on paved level surface on private roads. Not suitable for handicapped persons or persons with limited mentality or physical conditions. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal maintenance items, or any damage, failure, or loss that is cause by improper assembly, electrical parts, adjustment, storage, or use of the product. Purchaser use product at his own risk and seller will not be held liable under any circumstances for incidental or consequential loss or damage or injury, due directly or indirectly from the use of this product including any malfunction. Must be used by a person of legal age. Product and its parts must be inspected upon assembly for defect.  Customer understands that the use of these products can cause injury or death and to prevent it he/she will use the necessary equipments such as helmet, knee pads and holds Seller and his agents harmless from any liability. Purchaser obtains her/his own insurance. Seller assumes no suitability of any of these products as to size, color and those others largely depend on personal discretion. Products are not regulated by the U.S.Department of Transportation as motor vehicles (except the gas series in some states) so they do not comply with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards but it is the customer’s responsibility to check with their local authority since the law may vary state by state. Customer reads and understand the use of these products before purchasing and contact us with any questions he or she might have.
Warranty will be void if the product is ever used in any competitive sport, altered, misused or modified, ridden by more than one person at a time or used for stunt riding, jumping or similar activity.
For how long this Warranty last: On the electric bicycles : ninety days from the date of receipt by the delivery manifest.  Plastic components are not covered. Electrical components excluded. Within this period the Seller will replace or fix the product at no charge. Both ways shipping is paid by customer. Or you must refer to the information on the product page if the warranty stated otherwise. No returns or refunds of any kind. On the electric scooters: for 30 days from the purchase of the product on the motor other electrical components excluded. Other parts are not covered and sold as is. Within this period the Seller will replace or fix the product at no charge. Both ways shipping is paid by customer. Or you must refer to the information on the product page if the warranty stated otherwise. On Gas scooters: 30 days from the date of the purchase on the frame and on the motor other components are not covered. Or you must refer to the information on the product page if the warranty stated otherwise. On any other products: according to the manufacturer’s specification.
This shall not act a waiver of any implied warrantees which customers retains, as provided by law.
How do you get service? Defective merchandise, parts etc. must be returned to us. Prior authorization required. Upon receipt we will ship the new or the fixed one. Shipping is paid by customer.
Return policy: No return, exchange or refund on any products other than the one(s) separately specified..

If you cancel the order while the product is in transit you will have to pay the shipping
-the ones charged to our company and not to you-(both ways) and the 25% restock fee. If you cancel the order after it was submitted or placed but not shipped yet, you are charged the 6% processing fee. Cancellation must be made in writing.

If you refuse the product (for other than damage): you have to pay actual shipping charges -the ones charged to our company and not to you-, both ways, and the 25% restock fee.
Shipping damage:
Customer must  inspect the whole product before signing the receipt. In case of any missing part or any type of damage or any type of technical malfunction you have to take a note on the delivery manifest and email or fax us within seven days from the date of  delivery.
If you take the product and it's damaged you will have to arrange the inspection and the shipping with the shipping company. If you do not follow these simple steps you will have to pay for any repair. We will ship you an other one after the claim is settled. If you cancel the order due to damage you will have to pay the 25% restock fee.
If there is any charge back initiated by customer after the sale of any of our products for any reason by default of customer than customer agrees to pay the $75.00 administration fee and all the legal fees in this matter. We have the right to issue an in-store credit.

We gladly accept credit cards, check and money order in form of payment for any of our goods. By placing your order with a credit card, you agree to use your own credit card and waive your right for billing dispute directly with your credit card company and commit yourself to the Good-behavior policy as stated below:

Good faith behavior: Customer agrees that any problem must be solved with Company first before using any other method or channel. Communications must be made through email or fax. Customer agrees not to refuse item(s) that show sign of puncture caused by the shipping company or box that show signs of oil due to the nature of these hydraulic products, but must examine product first and notify Company if there is any problem. If there is, Company shall provide technical help and/or send missing item or replacement part to Customer. Also, Customer agrees to notify Company of any technical problem and Company shall offer technical help and/or replacement part but Customer does not return item or request return before attempting to resolve such problems. Customer also agrees not to dispute charge amount in case of any such problem before attempting to resolve it with Company in writing.
