General Shipping Information

We understand your concern in regards to your online order and would like to share some inside "secret" of the shipping of your merchandize.

In case of check payments - including electronic check- , the check is being held for 10 business days from the day in which it was received before setting up the shipment.

If the payment is denied for any reasons it may be resubmitted but an additional 10 days waiting period applies. (

Some products, such as the electric bikes and trikes can take approximately 10-14 days to get ready for shipping from the date from which the payment has cleared, as they have to go a through an  inspection, sometimes we have to wait for our parts suppliers, and the freight company has their own schedule etc...

Depending on your location, it may take 10-12 days for the freight company to deliver your item once it's on the truck.

Of course, you may get your purchase sooner but this is the general rule for large items that require special delivery and set-up.
